Dumbbells are mounted onto the cradles, so that the user doesn't have to lift them from the floor (ideal for use with heavy dumbbells).
 
Bench is fixed at a 30 degree angle. 
 
Seat height is adjustable. 
 
To prevent cradles from being accidentally unloaded towards the user, use pins to lock them in the angle set away from user when not in use.
